Alexis Kelly, LPC/MHSP
Located at Memphis, TN
I work with individuals, families, and couples to address behavioral, emotional, relational, and trauma-related challenges using evidence-based, developmentally informed therapeutic approaches.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely
heard, understood, and supported. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service
Provider designation (LPC-MHSP), I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Milligan University in
Johnson City, Tennessee. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, meeting each
person where they are with compassion and curiosity.
My experience includes inpatient behavioral health, school-based counseling, and substance use treatment.
During my graduate education, I specialized in substance use disorders and childhood trauma, giving me a
strong foundation for helping clients navigate life’s challenges. I have specialized training in Parent-Child
Interaction Therapy (PCIT), play therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative
Therapy, tailoring my approach to fit your unique strengths, needs, and goals. My hope is to create a safe,
compassionate space where you can heal, grow, build resilience, and make meaningful, lasting changes
that align with the life you want to live.
