As a therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief. I have had the privilege of working with children as young as four, as well as adults, and I make it my goal to create a safe, welcoming space for every client. My approach is collaborative — we work together to navigate life’s challenges, build coping skills, and uncover personal resilience. Above all, my mission is to offer support and a safe space for healing, every step of the way.
