I am a licensed professional counselor with a compassionate and collaborative approach grounded in trauma informed care.

I provide a supportive space for adolescents and adults as they navigate through their unique journeys. I have experience working with anxiety, OCD, trauma/PTSD, depression, life transition challenges, relationship/family dynamics, and grief. I strive to create a warm and supportive space to be who you are without judgement. Our sessions may include mindfulness-based techniques, exploring unhelpful thought patterns and exploring new ways to respond to life’s challenges with greater confidence.
