Adrienne Rabick, LPC
Located at Gilbert, AZ
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges using CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
I have worked in the behavioral health field since 2005 and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in counseling. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges. I provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing primarily from cognitive and client-centered therapies while tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I also incorporate mindfulness, visualization, and other evidence-based techniques to help clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Outside of the office, I enjoy paddleboarding, country swing and line dancing, and curling up with a good book or watching TV with one of my cats.
