I provide services to individual adults using Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Compared to other therapies, SFBT focuses on identifying and defining the way you want to live your life instead of drilling on deficits or shortcomings.

I will help you bring out existing strengths you have used to move through life despite challenges, difficulties, trauma, roadblocks, or losses. With SFBT you don’t have to retell or dwell on the painful past or trauma, and instead, you will be on a journey to solutions.
