PEORIA, Ariz. – Family Care Center is pleased to share that psychiatrist Dr. Patricia Kirby is now seeing patients at our North Peoria clinic, following the clinic’s opening on July 13. Dr. Kirby provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for teens and adults, helping patients navigate mental health challenges with personalized treatment plans designed to support long-term well-being.
“As your psychiatrist, my goal is to truly know you and treat you as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit,” Dr Kirby shared. “I am committed to helping you heal, grow, and thrive.”
Dr. Kirby graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency training at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix.
Dr. Kirby has over 25 years of experience in the medical field and general practice of psychiatry and has spent many of those years working with patients who struggle with eating disorders and PTSD.
She is currently accepting new patients for adult and teen psychiatric services, including but not limited to:

- Treatment of autism, addiction disorders, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, psychotic disorders, postpartum depression and other mental health conditions

- Assessing and diagnosing mental health and psychiatric disorders

- Prescribing and managing medication as needed
