Family Care Center is pleased to welcome Dr. Thuy Phan, DO, a Board-Certified psychiatrist, to its Castle Rock clinic in Colorado. Dr. Phan brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to mental health care for patients ages 13 and up.
“I am passionate about mental health and believe in working collaboratively with my patients to help them achieve their goals,” said Dr. Phan. “I value active listening and strive to create a space where individuals feel heard and respected in their autonomy and perspectives on care.”
Dr. Phan offers psychiatry and medication management services to treat a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to:
- Depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders
- Anxiety disorders, including OCD and panic disorder
- Autism
- Disruptive, impulse-control, and conduct disorders
- Substance use disorders
- Trauma-related disorders
- And psychotic disorders
She develops personalized treatment plans and works closely with providers and therapists to achieve effective patient outcomes.
Dr. Phan received her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in psychiatry at John Peter Smith Hospital. Before joining Family Care Center, she gained extensive experience in both inpatient and consult psychiatry. Her compassionate, holistic approach makes her a tremendous asset to our team.
