Family Care Center proudly introduces Dr. Luke Bacon as the newest psychiatrist at our Sloan’s Lake clinic in Denver. The addition of Dr. Bacon ensures greater access to compassionate, expert-driven psychiatric care for patients, empowering more individuals and families to receive the treatment they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Specializing in the treatment of adults, Dr. Bacon offers comprehensive psychiatric services, including but not limited to:
- Treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic spectrum disorders, ADHD, and PTSD
- Assessing and diagnosing mental health and psychiatric disorders
- Prescribing and managing medication, with a focus on deprescribing and reducing polypharmacy for those with previous tolerability issues
“As a physician specializing in adult psychiatry, I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating the challenges of bipolar disorder and those who need support tapering off medications when appropriate,” said Dr. Bacon. “I was drawn to Family Care Center because it offers integrated psychotherapy services and accessible non-pharmacologic treatment alternatives like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). This environment allows me to provide holistic, patient-centered care.”
Dr. Luke Bacon earned his medical degree from Denver Tech University and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Colorado Psychiatry Residency Training Program. He is currently accepting new patients for adult psychiatric care.
