I use a holistic, trauma-informed, patient-centered approach, viewing each individual as a whole person, and work to foster a collaborative partnership for your care. My work is grounded in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where my patients feel heard, respected, and are empowered to be actively involved in their treatment.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am a yoga and meditation teacher and incorporate these practices when appropriate to support mindfulness, resilience, and overall well-being. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting mental health wellness.
