I am an LMFT-S and an LPC-S, with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. With a genuine interest in others’ lives, I create a nonjudgmental, person-centered environment to ensure my clients feel safe sharing their experiences. By leading with curiosity, I help expand a client’s stories, reauthoring their narrative to one that is more adaptive. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and collaborative, meaning you’re the expert on your life. Your strengths and interests will be the foundation for progressing in therapy. With therapy and personalized guidance, you’ll gain valuable insights, learn effective coping strategies, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness.
