Family Care Center is pleased to welcome Dr. Sam Polek, a board-certified psychiatrist, to its Clarksville clinic in Tennessee. Dr. Polek brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to mental health care for patients ages 13 and up.
Dr. Polek earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Before joining Family Care Center in Clarksville, he worked in private practice and as a hospital-based psychiatrist, providing both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. This breadth of experience allows him to support patients across varying levels of care and clinical complexity.
