KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Family Care Center proudly welcomes Dr. Rajendra Raman, psychiatrist, to its West Knoxville clinic in Tennessee. Dr. Raman is dedicated to supporting the mental health of teens and adults, offering compassionate care, clinical expertise, and a personalized approach to every patient and family he serves.
“Every individual’s story is unique, and my role as a psychiatrist is to meet them where they are and walk with them toward recovery,” shared. “I’m proud to be part of a team that values evidence-based care and makes high-quality mental health services accessible when people need them most.”
Dr. Raman received his medical degree from Bangalore University. He completed his psychiatry residency at East Tennessee State University and his child and adolescent fellowship at the University of South Carolina.
Dr. Raman is currently accepting new patients for teen and adult psychiatric services, including but not limited to:
- Treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, psychotic disorders, addiction, and other mental health conditions
- Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
- Medication management
