Assessment Process
- Initial Intake: A 60-to-90-minute session to understand concerns, gather background, and determine the best evaluation plan.
- Tailored Testing: One to two assessment appointments customized to your needs, including academic, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional measures.
- Chart Review & Conceptualization: Licensed professionals review academic and medical history, integrating information into individualized reports.
- Results & Recommendations: A detailed report and feedback session to discuss results and next steps.

Flexible Self-Pay Options
Psychoeducational evaluations are not often covered by insurance, particularly when the purpose is educational, accommodation-related, or not tied to a medical diagnosis.
We offer a clear, private pay structure with flexible payment plans:
- 50% of the payment is due prior to testing
- The remaining 50% is split into 3 monthly payments
