Hello, my name is Todd Wainman, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am Licensed in the State of Tennessee and North Carolina. I have been practicing as a counselor for the past four years however I have been providing counseling services as a Military Chaplain for 20 years and have retired from the Military after over 30 years of service. 

I see individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life going through many difficult situations. I have walked with them through times of grief, anxiety, loss, separation, suicidal thoughts, etc. I have seen how choosing the right therapist can help a person get through, from the person’s perspective, some of life’s hardest times. The modalities that I use for therapy are ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy), The Gottman Method, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Solution Focused.
