My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I draw from a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens and often integrate family systems and existential work into the process.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—from private practice and military communities to international schools and university classrooms. I’ve taught social work at both the University of Hawaiʻi and the University of South Florida, and I’m trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), adoption competency, and mindfulness-based approaches.Whether someone is navigating anxiety, grief, life changes, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to offer a steady, supportive space where they feel safe, seen, and empowered. I truly believe that even in the hardest moments, there’s potential for meaningful growth and healing.
