I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years’ experience, dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and improve your relationships, your mental health and your overall well-being. 

I believe in taking a client-centered approach to counseling, working with you to identify your goals, and developing a personalized treatment plan. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationships informed by Solution Focused, EFT, CBT, Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, and EMDR. I offer counseling from a Christian perspective and respect the perspective you offer. I work with older teens to older adults- individually, with families and couples. I work with you where you are and together, we can make the journey to where you want to be.
