My passion is to help people overcome their challenges, achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life. I value empathy, compassion, and collaboration, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. 

As your therapist, we will collaborate to help you and/or your partner reach your goals. I have experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns, such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse trauma, relationship and family issues, and grief. I use a variety of counseling techniques, such as solution-focused therapy, family systems, and Gottman Level 1, to meet the unique and specific needs of my clients. Together we can work towards developing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
