I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for serving those who serve our communities. As a U.S. Army veteran, I possess a profound personal understanding of the unique challenges faced by active-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders. 

Proficient in both Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I use a holistic approach, integrating the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of health to create a personalized path for growth. I have specialized experience working with addiction, substance use, and eating disorders. At the core of my practice is the belief that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing and positive change.
