IOP Psychology Technician

As an Intensive Outpatient Psychology Technician, my goal is to support individuals in an outpatient group setting that is designed to be a safe space for discussing psychological and emotional challenges. 

Seeking help can be incredibly challenging and vulnerable as it is, my mission is to help you feel empowered throughout your journey. Having a background in psychology and experience working in inpatient settings, I’ve cultivated essential therapeutic skills including active listening, unconditional positive, and reflection which allow individuals to feel seen and heard. I’m dedicated to providing emotional support, building trusting relationships rooted in respect, and fostering a safe, supportive environment. Outside of work I enjoy creative outlets such as singing at my jam Hideaway, writing, painting and cuddles with my kitty Nala.
