I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults, and believe that all of us are never “too old to play.”  It is my goal to work with clients starting wherever they may be by using meaningful (and often fun!) sessions to accomplish desired growth and change. My skills include assisting clients and families who are seeking support for grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, acute or chronic illness, and behavioral issues at home or school. My sessions often include a blend of integrative and collaborative approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, expressive art, sand tray, mindfulness, strength-based approaches, and person-centered approaches. It is my privilege and honor to work with each of my clients, and I am here to help!
