My goal is to provide compassionate care and a warm space where clients can explore their concerns, gain insights, and learn skills to improve their quality of life. 

I take time to understand each client’s values, identities, and strengths as we work together to make meaningful change. I provide care to clients facing mood and anxiety concerns, life transitions, work-related stress, identity-based stress, insomnia, chronic pain, health concerns, and grief and loss, among other problems. I specialize in working with individuals and their loved ones facing chronic and terminal illnesses. I welcome clients of all backgrounds.
