My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to work through your struggles and achieve the goals we set together.My approach in therapy is to meet the clients where they’re at, build rapport and create a therapeutic alliance to provide guidance and tools to achieve your goals .I have years of experience working with adults struggling with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use, trauma, depression, ADHD and anxiety.
