I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over two decades of experience helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. 

Since 2000, my specialty has been the long-term effects of childhood trauma. I hold a Ph.D. in Philosophy, focusing on Transformative Learning and Change, and I have dedicated my career to understanding how we can evolve and grow in meaningful ways.   As the author of the award-winning book “Do I Need a Therapist?,” my goal is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about mental health services. I work with clients of all ages and have extensive experience providing Sandtray therapy to children. Additionally, I am skilled in utilizing EMDR and Brainspotting techniques, particularly with military personnel.
