I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan with a focus on children and adolescents. 

With over 14 years of experience in emergency and crisis settings, I have first-hand experience helping those with trauma, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and inattention/hyperactivity. My hope is that my patients leave my office knowing that seeking help for their mental well-being is not a weakness but a strength. I believe this can be actualized by forming strong, collaborative patient-provider relationships. As a team, I want to work with my patients to create personalized goals and build treatment plans to help lead more holistic and fulfilling lives.
