I blend my passion for the mind-body connection with the spiritual dimensions of nature. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, believing that true change comes not just from talking about struggles but from experiencing transformation firsthand. 

I specialize in experiential therapies, drawing from my training in Gestalt and somatic psychotherapy. I help clients uncover their own wholeness through attachment-based, experiential, and developmental approaches. With a deep appreciation for the connections between self, relationships, movement, and the natural world, I guide adolescents, young adults, and couples toward their fullest potential.
