Starting an intensive outpatient program can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship stress, or major life transitions have begun to interfere with daily life.

Many clients come to treatment wanting more than temporary relief; they want practical tools, clearer insight, and a steadier way to move forward.

I bring experience from community mental health, hospital-based behavioral health, addiction treatment, and private practice settings. My clinical approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, evidence-based, and practical, with a focus on helping clients better understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build greater stability in daily life.

My goal is to create a respectful and supportive space where clients feel understood and are encouraged to take meaningful steps toward healing and change.
