As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping children and young adults navigate life’s complexities. My passion for this work began with my experience in the foster care and residential systems, where I helped youth navigate complex challenges. 

I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, incorporating modalities like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). At the core of my work, I genuinely believe in meeting the individual where they are and working alongside them to build a better understanding of themself and the world around them. I believe in creating a safe and collaborative space where you or your child can grow and thrive.
