Begin your breakthrough in a structured and supportive small-group environment geared toward enhancing mental well-being and fostering resilience. Family Care Center’s mental health IOP offers a comprehensive treatment approach, delivering more intensive care than routine appointments without the constraints of inpatient care.

We offer a variety of mental health intensive outpatient programs for adults tailored to individual needs. IOP tracks focus on stabilizing and reducing mental health symptoms, resolving trauma, and building resilience skills to navigate life and promote lasting wellness. Please note, this is not a substance abuse program.
Participants meet each Monday through Thursday, three hours daily, for five to six weeks. New group members are admitted weekly.
Sessions are held at the Circle Clinic, 2860 South Circle Dr., Colorado Springs, CO, 80906.
IOP is provided in a small-group format with no more than 10 participants. Participants must be age 18 and above.
Mental health IOP complements existing care, working alongside therapy and medication management.
You may benefit from Family Care Center IOP if you are:
- Struggling to function with depression, anxiety, trauma, life circumstances and other mental health symptoms
- Looking for an intensive approach without the restrictions of an inpatient setting
- Seeking a supportive bridge as you step down from acute inpatient hospitalization
- Age 18 and above
