Meet the Providers
I am board certified in general psychiatry and enjoy working with adults of all ages. In addition to oral medications and psychotherapy, I received training in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and electroconvulsive (ECT) during my residency. My repertoire expanded into ketamine and Spravato® in previous positions, and I find a blended approach of multiple modalities is often required for sufficient relief for patients.
I believe all of us will be impacted by mental health at some point, be it personally or from those around us. Because psychiatric conditions are so ubiquitous, it requires individualized approaches. Together, we will find the correct blend of treatments for you to drive change in your life and better your future.

I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and meet every individual where they are at, with genuine care and interest. I collaborate with each individual and work to create a meaningful relationship. I value each person’s time and will provide encouragement to work towards goals outside of therapy, by providing assignments outside of session so that you can get the most out of your time in therapy.
Hi, I am Victoria a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have three years of counseling experience and use a client centered approach with therapy to meet my client where they are at and work at their pace. I counsel from many different theories and tailor my approach to my client.
I have a down to earth “real” approach and tend to be active in sessions. I pride myself on meeting clients where they are and helping them utilize strengths to meet their goals. I hope to help my clients to “connect the dots” and understand why they do and say what they do. We will identify barriers and possible solutions to starting to live the life they want to live. I’m warm, sensitive and am not afraid to tell people what others in their life might not. I am on your team and by your side from day one. You will never disappoint me or be judged by me. I look forward to partnering with you!
Starting something new can feel scary, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. I specialize in working with individuals (18+ only) and couples on a variety of relationship concerns. I also help clients who struggle with anxiety, stress, and phase of life concerns. I understand that every person is unique in their own way, so I tailor each session to fit your needs and we create meaningful goals to work on together. Over time, you will find more daily life satisfaction and a purpose to begin living each day as the best version of yourself.
I enjoy working with clients who are ready to take that courageous first step into self-exploration and becoming more empowered. I foster a collaborative environment and believe that we are inherently good people who want to make healthier choices in life. Are you feeling dissatisfied with the decisions you are making regarding the use of substances, overwhelmed by emotions, or see yourself as held back by the traumas of your past? I am ready to join you in searching for the causes of your emotional pain and finding your voice.
What drew me to become a physician assistant was to help my patients feel heard. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients to develop a treatment plan that maximizes personal growth and health outcomes. My care philosophy takes a three-pronged approach; by combining therapy, non-pharmacological modalities, and medical management, I can help you feel more adjusted and capable to conquer life.”
