This recognition highlights our commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience, joining 62 organizations from around the world that achieved the highest ratings in candidate satisfaction.
The CandE Awards, the largest program of its kind, drew responses from over 230,000 job candidates across 125 companies globally. These awards are based on comprehensive data that reflects candidate feedback on key aspects of the hiring process. To qualify, each organization had to meet rigorous standards, ensuring that the feedback, especially from those who were not hired, met or exceeded expectations. Family Care Center finished in sixth place out of 125 for 2024.
What is “Candidate Experience?”
Candidate experience reflects the ability of an organization to create a positive experience for applicants through the entire job search, interview and hiring process, whether they accept a position or not. It covers all communication, interviewing, applications, offers and more.
The evaluation centered on four critical questions:
- Overall candidate experience ranking
- Likelihood of reapplying to the company in the future
- Willingness to refer others
- How the experience impacted their view of the company
