Meet the Providers
You won’t be intimidated, shamed, or disappointed. I’ve been doing this
professionally since 1991, and have helped thousands of clients between then and now.

Therapy will allow you to make meaning of our difficult life experiences and open up to new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can learn to identify and express your emotions effectively, develop healthy ways of coping with difficult emotions, improve the quality of relationships, and increase self-esteem and sense of self-worth.
We are all on our own unique journey in life. At times, we come across obstacles that get in the way of living our ideal life. Together, we will not only work to identify your unique goals and values, but also work together to overcome the barriers so that you can return to living a life you find meaningful and fulfilling. I specialize in treating depressive, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders, as well as substance use disorders and severe mental illnesses. I look forward to helping you on your journey.

Together we can explore what traumas in your life may be keeping you stuck in the past, thus limiting your ability to experience present-day beauty and
