Therapy will allow you to make meaning of our difficult life experiences and open up to new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can learn to identify and express your emotions effectively, develop healthy ways of coping with difficult emotions, improve the quality of relationships, and increase self-esteem and sense of self-worth.

We are all on our own unique journey in life. At times, we come across obstacles that get in the way of living our ideal life. Together, we will not only work to identify your unique goals and values, but also work together to overcome the barriers so that you can return to living a life you find meaningful and fulfilling. I specialize in treating depressive, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders, as well as substance use disorders and severe mental illnesses. I look forward to helping you on your journey.

Madison Gentry, LPC

Whoever comes to into therapy is seeking something, whether that be deeper and more satisfying connections in their lives, relief from emotional pain, help with processing difficult emotions and/or life situations. Some will find it easy and know exactly where to begin and others may not – that’s okay. I am of the mind that we do not have to have it all figured out, but it helps to have as much support as we can. It takes courage to begin treatment because this means starting the difficult but fulfilling task of working on yourself. My goal as a therapist is to build a genuine connection with whoever walks in my door and process the ache that is guiding them to come to therapy with honesty and compassion.

“Knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within.” – Gabor Mate

My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you move toward your authentic self. This “waking up” process – the ability to feel deeply and genuinely express one’s feelings that make one authentic – is what brings people together in true relationship. Together we can explore what traumas in your life may be keeping you stuck in the past, thus limiting your ability to experience present-day beauty and
joy.

Abbie Ayers, Clinic Administrator

With extensive experience as a behavioral healthcare administrator, I have had the privilege of working in both the non-profit and private sectors. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to building successful programs and developing high-performing teams that effectively address the needs of individuals in need of mental health support. One of the core beliefs that fuels my work is the understanding that individuals should not be defined by their trauma. I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment that fosters growth and resilience.

Sarah Rudy, LCSW

I am a firm believer that everyone can utilize therapy in one form or another, whether it be to achieve personal goals, learn new skills, or process trauma. I have 17 years of experience with individuals that struggle with multiple stressors and diagnoses. My personal passion is working with those that are codependent, depressed, anxious, having difficulty with relationships, and/or have a history of trauma. However, I am not limited only to these areas. My goal is to create lasting change for those who desire it.I utilize a wide range of evidence-based therapies with my clients including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Approach, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Attachment Therapy.

Audrey Darnell, TMS Technician

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a part of the mental health field. That wish came true when I graduated summa cum laude from Lipscomb University with a B.S. in Psychology. I have been involved in TMS since 2022. In that time, I have had the pleasure of seeing many people improve throughout their TMS journey.
