Adrienne Hlavati, PMHNP - Clinic Director

I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who are experiencing mental health conditions, in a variety of settings. I have worked with individuals in outpatient clinics as well as emergency crisis services. I approach each person as an individual who has unique experiences and needs. My goal is to help people take charge of their illness and ultimately lead the life they want to live. I do this by providing compassion and support, through psychoeducation and medication management.

Tommy Johnson, LMFT - Clinic Supervisor

I’m excited to work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to
acknowledge how difficult moments in their life have caused pain, shame, or deep regret. Our therapy task is to sort through these painful pieces of their life and create a roadmap toward a more whole future. I specialize in giving individuals tools and coping skills to use while they are attempting to find their own inner strength and peace. I help individuals establish practical solutions, improve communication, create boundaries, and make sense of hard moments. I believe therapy can be a sacred space. There is a great deal of energy that goes into discussing hardships and pain. But, it is through this effort that we can heal.

Abbie Ayers, Clinic Administrator

With extensive experience as a behavioral healthcare administrator, I have had the privilege of working in both the non-profit and private sectors. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to building successful programs and developing high-performing teams that effectively address the needs of individuals in need of mental health support. One of the core beliefs that fuels my work is the understanding that individuals should not be defined by their trauma. I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment that fosters growth and resilience.

From hard relationships to complex trauma, life is a struggle.  Together we can navigate these difficult roads to finding hope and peace.  Change is possible. In my seven years of experience as a mental health clinician, I have helped children, teens, young adults and their families who were facing challenging situations.  I love to see progress as clients learn to use skills to increase frustration tolerance, control impulses, resolve conflicts, process trauma, increase confidence, and find hope.  I am excited to see these lasting changes for you and your family.

When we feel consistently stuck, unheard, or confused, it can be difficult to live in our own skin. Our old coping skills may not work anymore, and we find ourselves needing more tools and support to move forward. I work with clients to cultivate goals that help you move closer to your healthiest and most authentic self. I utilize an integrative approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and expressive arts to support you as you empower yourself. I am a trained counselor with experience working with adults, couples, teens, children, parents and groups. I am passionate about creating a safe and nonjudgmental space that empowers you to process, explore and grow.

Nandita Thompson, LPC

I believe in therapy because I have experienced the healing power of this work in my own life. I am a Person-Centered Therapist which means I place a high value on you as an individual and how your experiences have shaped you. Under the right therapeutic conditions, I believe you can heal from even the deepest wounds and thrive. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral interventions at times to strengthen coping skills and resiliency factors, encourage Sandtray therapy to aid in anxiety, depression, and trauma processing, and also facilitate expressive arts alongside talk therapy. In our work together, I hold a space to celebrate your successes, to grieve your losses, and for everything in between. Let’s get started together.
