Meet the Providers

I am a positive and personable Therapist providing trauma informed therapy. I help individuals understand who they are and how to work through their past/present challenges and hurts as they move forward towards a future filled with hope. I do not believe individuals need to stay in therapy all of their lives. I work to equip individuals with the tools they need to move forward in life on their own.

I use a person-centered approach to help create the change you want in your life. I help you integrate tools that feel authentic to your needs using a multicultural, trauma-informed lens. I have years of experience working with military families and understand the unique challenges faced. I work collaboratively with clients, I believe in bringing out the strength individuals possess and utilizing those strengths to promote change. I offer an authentic presence filled with support, empathy, encouragement, as well as humor, joy, and understanding. I look forward to hearing your story.

Hello! I believe we each have our own best solutions within us, even if we haven’t found them yet. We are resilient. There are many paths to change, and what works for one, may not work for another. Fundamentally, a process of change must honor individuality to achieve ultimate success. Effective change solutions must support the whole person holistically, not merely target the problem.
