My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. Through a blend of cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and acceptance-based strategies, I help clients cultivate self-awareness, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes that align with their values and goals.

Making decisions to address life issues affecting your mental health can feel overwhelming and difficult. Ia a Licensed Professional Counselor, I take great privilege in helping adults work through issues or situations that cause mental, emotional and/or spiritual distress. I also believe it is important to consider the spiritual component of the individual’s psyche and thus when a client chooses to do so, I consider it of the utmost respect to help clients incorporate their faith-based beliefs into their therapeutic work.
