I am passionate about our body's innate wisdom and what our nonverbal experiences have to say. I am skilled at staying present with the full range of emotions, so I can go wherever you need to go in your emotional work. There is often powerful insight and relief when we allow ourselves to work with our body in therapy rather than against it. Building awareness with curiosity and compassion is a team effort in my office, and I would love to see where we can grow together. Stacey is supervised by Dr. Josh Sanders, LPC, LMFT, PhD.

The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. Insight and change can only be achieved when a therapist is able to meet clients where they are at. My style is client-centered, experiential, and most importantly, nonjudgmental. I pride myself on my ability to develop meaningful, catalytic relationships with my clients, and create an engaging safe space for all. Pam is supervised by Dr. Josh Sanders, LPC, LMFT, PhD.

I believe that therapy is a powerful tool for healing and growth. I am committed to building a safe and open space that encourages people to show up fully and authentically. My genuine curiosity, direct feedback, and desire to uplift individuals’ inherent strengths guide my practice. I am a fierce champion for my clients, working collaboratively to address anxiety and depression, unresolved trauma, barriers to sex and intimacy, and significant life transitions.
